Financial Services Administrator
Our client has specialised in providing expert independent advice to personal injury claimants for the last 15 years. Based in two offices across Sandbach and Preston the team consist of; four advisers, four paraplanners and an administrative team of twelve.
An exciting opportunity is now available to join the newly established team in Sandbach for an IFA Administrator to join the Personal Injury Trust team in Preston offering support to a Paraplanner and an Adviser. General day to day administrative duties will consist of;
Deal with telephone / email enquiries, sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, create and maintain filing systems / client files, arrange meetings / book appointments, update and maintain the firm's records / registers, update and maintain the firm's diary system, submitting new business, compiling invoices and liaising with product providers.
Additional duties will include: assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters, monitor fee payments from clients, attend staff meetings, maintain a computerised customer database, type and word-process various documents and electronic information, create financial reports using spreadsheets and prepare client portfolio reviews.
