Our client is an established and highly respected international healthcare company currently going through a period of considerable growth within their Woundcare division. They are seeking to gain further market share rapidly within the UK Woundcare market through an increase in open market access and subsequent sales opportunities. This Brand Manager role has arisen following a restructure of the existing Marketing Department.

The role is based from the London office and candidates will be based within a commutable distance to central London.

Scope:

- A key, high profile role as part of the Marketing team in the UK with Global exposure andprogression opportunities
- Individual ownership for all elements of Brand management, from market research, strategy, promotional material, and supporting sales force implementation of the Brand plan
- To work in close partnership with the UK sales and training team, together fostering a high performance culture based on tangible sales results and customer satisfaction

Candidate Background:

- You will be an experienced Brand or Product Manager with experience gained within the primary care sector.
- You will have 3-5 years of marketing experience within medical devices or pharmaceutical marketing
- Knowledge of the Woundcare sector would be an advantage but applications are welcomed from candidates with marketing experience within urology, stomacare or pharmaceuticals
- Willing to travel nationally/ internationally as required by the role

Job Purpose:

- Creating and monitoring implementation of the UK Brand marketing strategy (short, medium, and long term) for the areas of advanced wound care and/or compression
- Working closely with Global Marketing to ensure local strategies are aligned with Global strategy and positioning
- To create best in class tools, training and materials to support the sales force in winning formularies effectively and growing market share
- Driving strategy for the brand and maximising sales turnover by setting clear direction for sales force execution of that brand strategy
