FCC Environment have a requirement for an Internal Communications Co-ordinator to assist in implementing their internal communications strategy in a clear, consistent and accessible way. The role is intended to encourage an organisation-wide awareness of FCCE’s messages and should develop and integrate a wide range of internal communication channels with a focus on creating an engaging, clear and consistent two-way dialogue. As our Internal Communications Co-ordinator, your duties will be to: * Co-ordinate the development and implementation of multiple channels including intranet, employee newsletter, daily news alerts, meetings and events * Ensure every communication meets the needs of its audience and complies with “brand” guidelines * Write, edit, and proof newsletter, briefings, presentations, blogs, flyers, podcasts and all other internal communications * Engaging staff on their role in building the “brand” and handle enquiries in relation to internal communications * Liaise with FCC in co-ordinating the dissemination of global internal communications * Manage external partners who assist in preparation of materials and campaigns * Organise and co-ordinate events, including awards, the annual group conference and annual roadshows * Budget Management What skills and experience will you need to be considered? * Previous experience in an Internal Communications role * Excellent IT skills * Excellent command of written and spoken English * Ability to manage deadlines and demonstrate strong organisational and planning qualities * The ability to think strategically and commercially * Influential with sound negotiating skills * Able to problem solve * Have a creative approach About Us FCC Environment is a leading UK waste and resource management company, which is part of a global group with a strong heritage in providing services for communities and businesses.
