Hands-on Marketing Manager required for this Technology Services led Company - East Oxfordshire / Aylesbury area As a provider of on-line services for Legal, Property and Financial Services industries the Client is looking for an experienced Marketeer to join the team. Dealing with Distributors, Resellers and end user Customers this is a full on Marketing position requiring a blend of energy and experience backed up with a sound Marketing Education, CIM membership etc. Outline Objectives / role outline: Be able to quickly get up to speed with existing activity then scope and deliver the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Plan and execute SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns including - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights - Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Working within the company's marketing budget. - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. - Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. - Preparing online marketing campaigns. - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. - Creating a wide range of different marketing materials. - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. - Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Qualifications/experience - Ideally CIM diploma or Marketing Degree - Strong analytical and project management skills. - Confident, flexible and dynamic personality.
