FSS are currently working with a multi-site business in East London and Essex looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their small office in Buckhurst Hill. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast growing business and play a key role in bringing their out- sourced finance in house.
Duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Nominal Ledger
- Accruals and prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly management reporting
- Credit control
- Must have a minimum of 1-years Quickbooks Online experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office with a strong knowledge of Excel
- Good organisational skills Good time management; be able to prioritise workload; and, meet deadlines
- Must have confident telephone manner
