FSS are currently working with a multi-site business in East London and Essex looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their small office in Buckhurst Hill. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast growing business and play a key role in bringing their out- sourced finance in house.

Duties will include:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Nominal Ledger
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Credit control

Skills Required:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-years Quickbooks Online experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office with a strong knowledge of Excel
  • Good organisational skills Good time management; be able to prioritise workload; and, meet deadlines
  • Must have confident telephone manner
