You will be joining a well established housing association in Bristol, providing support and housing related services to a wide range of service users. Your new role
As a tenant liaison officer you will be working on an ongoing temporary, full time, contract in Bristol. You will ensure the site runs effectively and smoothly and ensure the organisations meets its obligations to tenants. As a tenant liaison officer you will be first point of contact for any tenants queries in regards to their tenancy, repairs and housing works. You will ensure all complaints, incidents of ASB and harassment are dealt with in accordance to policies and procedures. As a tenant liaison officer you will manage bookings and payment of on site guest and communal rooms. You will provide responsive presence and access on sites for contractors and be present for each formal site meeting when necessary. As a tenant liaison officer you will work with the property department to report and facilitate repairs and maintenance work when necessary. As a tenant liaison officer you will ensure changes are introduced and implements effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful tenant liaison officer you must have strong communication skills. You must have a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. You must have strong knowledge within the housing sector and have the ability to provide advice when necessary.
