Marc Daniels is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known company who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant to join their business based in Maidenhead. Duties of the role include:

  • Sales order review and approval
  • Sales invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Ensure compliance with the companies invoicing and credit control procedures
  • Liaise with internal global operations and finance teams
  • Liaise with customers
  • Other tasks, as assigned

Experience & Key attributes

  • Experience of sales order and invoice processing, preferably high volume/ low value in an international environment
  • Credit control experience
  • Organised and methodical
  • Accurate with very high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Great Plains beneficial
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Word
