IT Support Analyst 2nd/3rd line to pay upto £30k pa supporting Mac and Windows with a Retail Company based near Soho, Central London.

Previous 2/3 line Support experience is required, any Helpdesk ticket software would also be advantageous, being part of a Support team of 3 and support 250 users across 5 locations. You will report to the IT Manager and jointly support the users for the day to day running of all data and voice technology.

The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and resolving the escalations of support issues, ensuring service delivery is maintained and SLA's and KPI's are in line with the company's expectations whilst endeavouring to remedy and improve common issues that arise by identifying trends and taking remedial preventative action such as user training.

Other responsibilities will include:
·New user on-boarding processes - with associated end user briefing
·Basic user IT Training
·Administering all of the mobile and desktop telephony systems

Technologies (Hardware, Virtual & Applications) used:
·Windows 7 & Apple MAC OSx with Centrify
·Remote Desktop RDP
