Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a multi-cultural, comprehensive school based in Mill Hill. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the friendly school admin team. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for parents and children as well as portraying a corporate and professional image to teachers and staff

Key Requirements:

  • Answering the phones
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing the school diary
  • Faxing
  • Scanning
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Banking cheques
  • Providing tea and lunches
  • Providing admin support to the Principal
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office

This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous school reception experience. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable for this position.

Based in Mill Hill, the hourly rate for this temp to perm position is around £10 depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
