External Account Manager - Key Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships, up selling and cross selling
  • Knowledge of UK IT distribution is preferable
  • Experience of working with and selling through channel partners within the IT Sales
  • Proven track record in account management and development of those accounts
  • History of selling within the UC, AV or AC industry
  • Have experience in consultative sales
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record or over achieving against targets

External Account Manager - Key Accountabilities:

  • Identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts
  • Securing face to face appointments with potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling services and solutions
  • To achieve a pre-determined amounts of revenue generating activity
  • Build maintain and report on a robust pipeline of new business sales
  • Sell to multiple contacts across all departments and functions of a corporate structure
  • Ability to secure face to face appointments with C level executives over the telephone
