BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - WORK FROM HOME
£28,000 - £35,000 PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION, BONUS, BENEFITS AND COMPANY CAR

With some of the world's leading travel agencies as its customers, this essential travel product has huge aspirations. To help it achieve its ambitions, the company is looking to add two Business Development Managers the Sales team (one North including Scotland/Ireland and one in the South).

If you are energetic, dynamic, persuasive, passionate and can influence people to buy from you (we are not talking dropping calendars and doughnuts at agencies in the hope of a sale, we are talking real sales, coaching and supportive skills), then this could be the role for you.

Requirements:

*Travel industry knowledge and or experience.
*Excellent at building relationships together with a track record of seeking out and converting new, repeat and referral business.
*Training, coaching or mentoring experience with results of improved performance.
*Experienced at influencing and selling to business owners as well as influencing business managers and employees
*Confident presentation skills to small and large audiences
*Ability to identify objections in advance and during discussion and to overcome these through good product training
*Highly organised, self-motivated and driven
