Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a 1st Line Support/Help Desk/Support to act as the first point of contact in regards to any technical issues experienced by customers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Helpdesk/1st line Support/Technical Support experience along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills. The role requires dealing with a large number of incoming and out going calls, managing your own support cases, providing Helpdesk/1st line support and ensuring customers are happy with the service provided.
