Do you have experience of working as a Payroll administrator in either a bureau or Chartered Accountants? We are recruiting for a Payroll administrator for a Firm of Chartered Accountants in Northampton. The role has been created due to expansion of the payroll department.

Duties to include:

·Processing payroll for a portfolio of clients, for pay frequencies ranging from weekly, fortnightly and monthly

· Responsible for ensuring that BACS , online banking payments, RTI and AE submissions are accurate and timely

· Working closely with clients to set expectations and deal with payroll issues

· Liaison with HMRC to resolve any issues arising

· Developing a trusted relationship with clients through the provision of excellent service and regular contact

· Undertaking any other tasks which may be required to ensure the efficient operation of

the service

· Register new clients under the HMRC PAYE scheme upon request

· Process Expenses and Benefit forms (P11ds)

· Auto enrolment services
