An established and reputable membership organisation based in Central London is looking for a diligent Standalone IT Support Engineer / Systems Manager with some MS Dynamics exposure to join their team.

Reporting into the Chef Executive, the successful candidate will provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line IT support for approximately 25 users. The role will involve supporting the membership database (MS Dynamics), desktop applications including MS Office, server, network equipment (switches, firewalls), backups, audio visual systems, website and CMS as well as the phone system.

In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Service Desk Engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support Technician, Application Support Engineer, Desktop Support Technician, Systems Manager, IT Manager or similar role, with proven desktop support experience. It is essential to have some experience with MS Dynamics as well as broad technical knowledge, ideally covering Windows OS, Server and some networking.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business with lots of responsibility and exposure to a broad range of technologies with some project work. This Standalone IT Support Engineer role is paying a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus benefits including 27 days holiday, contributory pension and season ticket loan.
