Your new company

Your new role
You will join an existing L&D team and work closely with the greater HR team and all key stakeholders firm wide on delivering a forward thinking, first class L&D strategy. You will be heavily involved in driving the firm's learning academy, ensuring that it delivers a first class L&D program. You will provide bespoke learning tools to stakeholders firm wide, and contribute to the firms forward thinking approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a dynamic, forward thinking L&D professional, you will have proven experience working at an advisory or manager level in an L&D function within professional or financial services. You will have the ability to design and deliver both classroom and bespoke training. You will be a forward thinking and dynamic L&D professional.
