Sheridan Maine is working exclusively with a dynamic little business and a specialist in their field. They are seeking a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis. The days would ideally be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but there is some flexibility. The hours are 9am to 3pm and there is free on-site parking

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices including matching, coding and posting.

Key duties:
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Issuing payments via BACS
  • Dealing with any purchase ledger queries
  • Expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties
Qualifications and skills:
  • Recent Purchase Ledger experience
  • Access Dimensions a distinct advantage
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communicator
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
