Our fantastic client based in Weybridge are seeking an IT Support Analyst to begin ASAP for 2 months on a temporary basis within the local IT Services team.

The primary task of this position is to support in the deployment of Windows 10/ Office 2016 to all Weybridge users.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst will include:
Support the IT Support Supervisor in a highly customer focused environment
Provide the highest level of technical service delivery to the business
Work with both local and global resources to ensure the smooth running and operation of local servers, workstations, printers, telephony, network and specialist IT equipment
Support local and global applications including the planning/testing of disaster recovery procedures.
Work closely with the various teams taking ownership of logged incidents
Contribute to technical infrastructure projects, complying with global IT procedures and standards
Comply with processes established to maintain asset registers/lists
