An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a busy company in Leighton buzzard, supplying a large workforce with IT Support and Solutions with any issues that may arise.

Rrequired skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide advanced trouble shooting methods
  • Be able to prioritise work appropriately
  • Be able to use all knowledge and all available technical resources to resolve any issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line Support for all internal and external website, hardware and software
  • Support the 1st Line Analysts
  • Ensure high levels of call management
  • Support project work
  • Assist the development of IT Support

- A knowledge of Microsoft applications is a bonus

- Knowledge of server applications such as Active Directory, Exchange and SLQ

- Detailed knowledge of back up and anti virus solutions
