Our client based on the outskirts of Durham City Centre is seeking an experienced Administrator who will provide support within their busy Training Centre. This is a full time temporary position up until the end of March 2018 with the possibility of an extension. The hourly rate for this role is paying between £7.97 ad £8.68 depending on experience.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in an administration based role, have proficient IT skills and be highly organised. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are essential skills required to carry out the role, and would suit a candidate who has experience of working in quality and compliance checking.
Duties are:

Training administration duties to comply with company policy and ISO 9001: 2008 quality assurance processes.
- Administer meter operatives training course bookings and authorisation request
- Create courses, book resources onto the training administration system
- Updating training course bookings on the training administration system
- Produce acknowledgment letters and joining instructions
- Liaise with external clients

General site administration including:
- Reception
- Answering phones
- Preparing lecture rooms for courses

General administration duties including:
- Preparing course assessment packs
- Preparing course certificates
- Raising purchase orders through CFS
- Raising invoices

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:15am till 16:15pm with a 30 minute lunch. Due to the location of the site we'd recommend you have access to your own vehicle, free parking is available.
