About the Role

The Quality Improvement Assistant supports the Quality Improvement team using reports to analyse how effective our service is for our job seekers and contributing to improvement plans.

Your main responsibilities would include:
Creating and maintaining surveysPulling reports and collating the feedbackUsing formulas, pivot tables and VLookUps within Excel to present data in a clear and concise formatEnsuring internal stakeholders know and understand the resultsAssisting and supporting the team with improvement plans
