Our client, an international Forex Trading company based in West London, are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Supervisor to oversea a team of 10 people. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who has worked in a KPI driven environment and has a progressive and entrepreneurial approach, to join a leading company. The successful candidate must have gained experience within Financial Services.

The Role

- We are looking for a dynamic and responsive sales operations supervisor who has a strong commercial focus and who can lead, train, monitor and motivate the team of sales consultants in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
- The role will involve being a member of a dynamic team, reporting directly into the Managing Director and Head of EMEA Operations; with responsibility for delivering and hitting sales targets and developing and growing the team of sales staff.
- This person will be responsible for driving HNW sales teams and is suitable for someone with exceptional leadership skills and a ‘can-do’ approach.
- The person must be extremely organised and process driven.
- Responsibilities will include hands on personal development with each consultant, hiring, performance management, sms/email management and demonstrating genuine leadership
- You will ensure events are running in an organised and orderly way, that all process and structures are adhered to in order to improve sales conversions and client experience.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of backend sales events to increase revenue for the business.
- We expect you to manage and arranging extra sales events in a creative and dynamic way.

The Person

- Minimum of 4 years sales experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience supervising sales teams, cash collection and KPI’s.
- Ideally at least 2 years trading or financial services experience
- Experienced in face to face and telesales, and training teams to improve performance.
- Must be confident to run training sessions with own material
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent sales skills and lead from the front by demonstrating to the team how to sell over the phone and face to face
- Must have experience motivating and inspiring a team and to be able to give examples
- Must be results and target focused and have a track-record of reaching and exceeding targets
- Must demonstrate excellent reporting and communication skills
- Must be able to show a proven track-record in recruiting high performing sales staff
- Must be able to hit the ground running and be flexible to respond quickly to new situations
- Confident, high energy with charisma and personality
- Passionate about sales and performance
