Our client is a mid-sized Managed Service IT support company which works heavily within the corporate sectors. With growth in their client base they now require an2nd line onsite Engineer to come on board and join their team.

2nd Line Onsite Support Engineer: Reporting directly the Technical Service Desk Manager the key focus of this role is on the provision of 1st Line IT support, dealing with external clients, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing all support tickets on a daily basis
  • Undertaking the initial investigation into the reported issues
  • Applying the appropriate resolution for the issue where required
  • Updating the user / client with the ticket status
