Service Desk Analyst-Trainee / Grad / Entry Level-1st line support

Our client; one of the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 are seeking an entry level Service Desk Analyst to provide first line support in this emerging mobile technology space. They are empowering innovation with over 130 customers across the Financial and Legal business arenas.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a trainee, be it a school leaver with ICT `A? Level or GCSE, (grade C or above) or indeed a Graduate with an IT Degree,

To be considered for this superb entry level position you will have:

  • School or University qualifications as mentioned above
  • A positive (can-do) attitude
  • Enthusiasm and keenness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a real proven interest in Information Technology with the ability to put the customer first and desire to build their career in IT.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st line service desk support to customers and service providers across the entire product portfolio via phone and email.
  • Work within their SLAs and to their customer service standards
  • Have a desire to continue learning and developing
  • Contribute towards a positive and professional atmosphere in the office.
