IT Service Delivery Manager - Financial Services - ITIL

Based in Widnes an IT Service Delivery Manager is required on a contract basis to work with a major Financial Services Client.

You will be required to support create and implement ITIL based process documentation including incident, problem and capacity management which includes management of IT related incidents and problems with 3rd parties suppliers.

Candidates must have the following experience:

  • Financial Services experience.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role in an IT Service Management operations environment, preferably in the Financial Services
  • ITIL V3 accreditation; with working knowledge across Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies; Prince2, Agile
  • Detailed understanding of service management disciplines
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
  • Broad appreciation of technology, covering basic infrastructure, networks, desktop principles

Candidates must also have excellent Business and IT Stakeholder engagement experience.

This role offers the potential of a long term contract and excellent working environment, including flexible/home working.
