Location - Manchester (North West) based with national travel

Type - Permanent

Remuneration - £45,000 to £50,000 + Company Car + Benefits + Unique Incentives

As Mobilisation and Transition Manager you will provide a structured and organised approach transferring opportunities from sales to operational status through effective mobilisation for new client sites and new services to existing client sites and starting the transition process with operations.

Essential to this role will be your ability to build great relationships with the Cordant Services Teams, supporting them effectively in order for our business to meet its strategic goals. Equally you will have the ability to effectively manage client relationships, ensuring that we remain service provider of choice.

Role Overview

Cordant Services is a trusted provider of facilities services across the UK. We have a 55 year heritage and a wealth of industry experience. We work with an impressive client portfolio of leading blue chip organisations providing security, cleaning, technical and specialist services. This role is focused around ensuring our business has the capcity and ability to provide innovative solutions sold at the "front end" by our sales teams.

You will support Cordant Group through the new or existing contract closure process to ensure all operational aspects and mobilisation lead times within service agreements are operationally viable and all risks identified.

This role is incredibly demanding and as such will provide you with a unique learning curve. You will have the opportunity to operate at a senior level, working with both internal and external customer senior management teams.

Do you have the credentials?

  • Extensive post-qualifying experience in project mobilisation or facilities management role
  • A demonstrable project management record, PMI/Prince2 Project planning and management experience
  • Problem solving capabilities, with an innovative mindset.
  • Preparation and presentation of key reports, documents etc.
  • Training and mentoring experience and ability.
  • Client orientated approach
  • Develop and maintain training packages whilst keeping up to date with legislation.
  • Ability to work with all departments, ensuring accreditations are maintained at the highest standards

Basic salary - £45,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience.
