A well known, international property management firm is recruiting a Facilities Manager to manage landlord FM services to a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in Birmingham
The role includes the delivery of the agreed service to a consistent high standard of facilities management within a predefined scope to unmanned properties. You will coordinate the operational day to day aspects of building management including the management of contractors and organising unscheduled maintenance and reactive works. Also to act as the first point of contact for tenant queries and escalation from the Service Desk.
Our ideal candidate will have FM experience and ideally be studying towards a relevant qualification. A strong team player and somebody who is able to act upon instruction will certainly have an advantage.
The position is paying to £30k p/a plus a car allowance and comes with exceptional career prospects. Driving licence required
