Job Title: Banking Liaison Officer
Salary Range: : £15,842-£22,178 per annum
Location: Cardiff

My client is one of the UK's leading specialists in business process outsourcing services. The focus of the business is to improve the operations of their clients, reducing the cost of in-house services by providing solutions that improve efficiency and allow clients to focus on their core activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

*Respond to and manage the resolution of queries via telephone, email or written correspondence. The queries should be resolved within agreed deadlines, ensuring excellent customer service is evident in all interactions and the appropriate audit trail maintained.
*Completion of job specific banking liaison activities in accordance with client requirements and SLA's.
*General administration duties in accordance with the Banking Liaison Officer level to include cover for all other banking services within the wider team.
*Identify and report on any service issues that require escalation in a timely manner.
*Maintain appropriate documentation, procedures and audit trails to meet requirements of the role.
*Ensure team MI is delivered in accordance with agreed timescales.
*Support colleagues and provide processing cover to the appropriate standard.
*Achieve quantity and quality outputs as outlined by line manager.
*Meeting individual targets and agreed objectives as set by the CG Section Manager.
*Ensure client and company policies and procedures are adhered to including data protection, government accounting rules and banking industry requirements.
*Ensure all work is processed on the day of receipt.
*Ensure all SLA's are successfully delivered and proactively managed and completed on a daily basis.
*Ad-hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

*Ability to work on own initiative.
*Exceptional quality focus, including accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent Organisational skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
*Excellent customer focus.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deal confidently and prudently with the client, key suppliers and colleagues via telephone and email.
*Computer literate
