Project Manager – IT Implementation
Duration – Up to 1 year
3 days a week initially but possible more as the project progresses.
Daily rate including expenses £620
Location working between Maidstone and Northamptonshire

An experienced Interim Project Manager, with solid experience of implementation projects within IT, knowledge of Agile Methodologies and, ideally, holding a Prince2 qualification, is required to support implementation of a new ERP system within a large manufacturing site covering both uk and European sites.
The role will be uk based between two sites with additional networking with two European sites (including France). You will ensure the effective and timely delivery of the implementation of the new system. This role will require a natural leader of people so that minimal disruption is created within a very busy working environment.
As the project manager you will liaise with the software company and demonstrate strong management skills to ensure that SLA is finalised, agreed and adhered to during the project ensuring that the internal customers specifications are met.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Business transformation team and will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of key business change projects. This will include devising project plans and timescales, resource management and project reporting to all stakeholders.
The Project Manager will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Desirable: educated to degree level
- Solid previous Project Management / PMO experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Any experience of Manufacturing and IT project management would be a distinct advantage
