Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Hourly Rate: £15.08 per hour + Benefits

Job Description:
Recruit by Nature are currently looking for an experienced full time Senior Staff Nurse (RNLD or RMN) on to join a private hospital in Barnard Castle, Co. Durham that provides assessment and intervention for men and women living with a learning disability and complex needs. The team also support those who have additional mental or physical health needs or complex behaviours, and also individuals who are detained under the Mental Health Act. People come to the hospital from a home environment, supported living or residential service due to an illness or a crisis in their life. They may also come following a stay at an NHS or other specialist learning disability service, including a secure service.

The main focus of the role will be to provide safe, sound and supportive care to the people who use our service. You will have key working relationships with the multidisciplinary team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, including service users' families and loved ones.

The Senior Staff Nurse (RNLD or RMN):

* Must be RNLD or RMN qualified with a valid NMC pin number

* Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

* Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check

* Must be authorised to work in the EEC
