Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a successful track record of creating new and effective capabilities for customer experience, customer insight, customer journey and customer success. We are also looking for experience in developing repeatable workflows and working with existing businesses to use a workflow platform to improve business efficiency and effectiveness would be.

The first part of the assignment will be to:

ᅵ Procure and implement an Interaction Management Platform, with a CRM solution for the Restoration and Renewal Programme

ᅵ Ensure a viable, sustainable, effective service is in place to operate and maintain this platform

ᅵ Establish relationships between the Interactive Management platform and other systems which structure the actions of people ᅵ Facilities Management systems, workflow systems etc

ᅵ Review and make ready a data migration from existing CRM systems on a case by case basis

ᅵ Support business change, training and process redesign to allow successful transition

ᅵ Start create new methodologies, processes and capabilities for RR


ᅵ Extensive CRM/Workflow and/or IT Architecture experience

ᅵ Extensive experience in application/data design and development.

ᅵ Demonstrated knowledge of legacy software and architecture solutions and ability to migrate software and IT environments from legacy environments to current solutions.

ᅵ Broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies.

ᅵ Strong practical experience of project, programme and resource management at both an implementation and executive level.

ᅵ Experience of managing technology driven business process change.

ᅵ Deep knowledge of people, process and technology aspects of particular solutions.

ᅵ Good understanding of cultural, commercial, functional and nonfunctional impacts of potential solutions.

Proven technical IT experience in two or more of:

ᅵ PaaS Architectural Definition Design

ᅵ MultiCloud Management

ᅵ Dynamics in a CRM configuration

ᅵ Dynamics in a Workflow configuration

ᅵ Establishment of configurable patterns for Dynamics

ᅵ UX Methodologies

ᅵ Use of iFrame / Java to extend Dynamics / enhance the UX

ᅵ Logical Data design and efficient database multiple usecase extensible methods

ᅵ Data Migration from legacy CRM systems

ᅵ System to System Integration

ᅵ Degree level and/or equivalent significant working experience
