ERP Implementation Support (Fixed Term Contract)

An all-encompassing role to fully support the successful implementation of the new ERP systems to include both STRUmis and Oracle applications.

You will:
Support the project team as follows -
o Liaise closely with all stakeholders including STRUmis and BB internal resources
o Data extraction/gathering/cleansing and enriching exercises
o Assisting in the data upload/data validation/testing and training activities
o Supporting the Subject Matter Expert's (SME) in identifying and documenting gaps between current and new processes
o Supporting the SME's in configuring the new system
o Assisting in the change and communication plan processes
o Support the business at Go-Live and thereafter until the system is fully integrated into the business.
o General Troubleshooting

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

o Previous systems implementation experience
o Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and process flows
o Technical knowledge and experience of 3D detailed drawing packages (Tekla/Bocad)
o Experience within steel fabrication or manufacturing environments
