Our Client:
We are currently recruiting for an award-winning boutique hotel in Yeovil who are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their brigade of chefs. The property is well known for its fresh, seasonal cuisine, and since being under the direction of new owners, they are looking to push forward with the food.

  • Take full control of the kitchen
  • Implementing and assisting new recipes and menus
  • Manage suppliers and costs
  • Control GP & Budgets set by the company
  • Manage & train Junior members of the Small Brigade
