A brand new Accounts Assistant role working for a business in Aylesbury.
Aylesbury based client who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small but growing team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will consist of the following:
* Daily banking and payment runs.
* Reconciling all petty cash on a weekly basis.
* Matching up invoices with purchase orders and statements.
* Posting of all invoices and credit notes.
* Preparing cheques for payment.
* Chasing up queries with suppliers.
* Processing deposits, sales ledger invoices and payments.
The successful candidate will have some previous experience of working within accounts.
