Community Information Networker
A community Information Networker is required by a well-known Charity to join their expanding team. As a Community Information Networker, you will be responsible for:-
- Supporting individuals and families by identifying their needs and desired outcomes
- Being responsive and creative, develop, promote and deliver activities and opportunities to older people within their community that are sustainable
- Help improve access to available services with health, care or support needed.
As the ideal Community Information Networker you will have excellent communication and IT skills. This role would suit a part-time or full-time person.
