New Business Account Manager - IT Security - Birmingham
My client is a leading provider of IT Security solutions who provide a comprehensive range of IT Security products and solutions, from best of breed Security Technology Vendors, to protect organisations from both internal and external threats through networks and the Cloud.
The New Business Account Manager is responsible for driving new and existing business throughout an assigned territory. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set by the Team Sales Manager which will be achieved through the selling of security products, consulting and managed security services to end user clients.
You will sell all security products, managed security services and consultancy to end user clients ranging from 50-5000 users, have a sustainable pipeline in order to meet set goals, develop new accounts as well as manage existing accounts and ensure renewals are retained. Work to specified service levels on each account, report weekly on pipeline forecast and utilise vendor relationships to target and identify new business target clients for the business.
To be considered for this role you should have proven sales experience in the sector and a track record of over achieving targets, the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, strong administration and interpersonal skills and experience in the technology sector, specifically IT security.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilience and determination. Excellent relationship building skills. Be a strong team player with good initiative and strong self-motivation.
