The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Application Support, Training users and will be familiar with ITIL Application Support- Service Life Cycle and Web based applications.

- Managing User enquiries and escalating issues
- Experienced in providing application support
- Previous experience providing 1st line support
- Previous experience delivering training to end users
- ITIL Application support
