Project Engineer / Team Co-ordinator. Due to a growing number of hybrid and electrified powertrain programmes, we require an experienced project engineer to co-ordinate the development of embedded software features. Co-ordinating the work of circa 25 controls engineers, you will be responsible for planning and task allocation within the development team. You will be the external interface of the team for planning and tracking activities to multiple upstream and downstream stakeholders including Hybrid Systems Design team, Calibration teams, Programme Management teams etc. Experienced candidates will be able to take a key role in the review of the incoming requirement cascade, feeding back and tracking any technical issues that arise. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate to apply existing experience in a new environment or industry. Accountable to Manager of the Electrified Powertrain Function Development Team.
