Sheridan Maine is working closely with a leading National healthcare organisation to find an Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Central Bristol

This is a permanent opportunity and for the successful person there are multiple routes for progression within the company.

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will be working closely with the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining the Accounts Payable function.

This Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk role is easily accessible with plenty of onsite parking. The company offer great benefits including full study support.

The main Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Being the point of call for any queries related to the Purchase Ledger
  • Preparation of payments
  • Invoice processing
  • Maintaining the Accounts Payable accounts daily
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Plus a range of ad hoc duties to support the team
