We are seeking a Part time Stock Controller / Purchase Administrator for our highly successful client based in Banbury.
The role is 25 hours per week and the client are happy to consider hours to suit the successful applicant.

Working as part of the team in Banbury providing comprehensive and effective purchase and stock management for the UK operation.
The post requires a high level of IT literacy and sound analytical skills.

Main duties -
  • Manage and maintain the company's purchase of raw materials and finished goods on the ERP system
  • Responsible for local stock file maintenance
  • Monitor service level - trends and patterns
  • Analysis and determining actions relevant to the rolling forecast
  • Minimise overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant stock
  • Negotiating and / or overseeing local supplier agreements

Skills and experience required -
  • Solid background within purchasing and stock control management
  • Fully IT literate with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this role is 20k pro rota
