(Entry Level Medical Sales Representative, Graduate Trainee, Medical Sales Representative)

TERRITORY:WEST MIDLANDS(All West Midlands excluding Birmingham)

ROLE:

- This ENTRY LEVEL ROLE is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company, as a Customer Service Associate, supporting the wider sales team
- Working alongside the Medical Sales Representatives within your defined geography, you will provide service based solutions for patient care and ensure an excellent standard of customer service is achieved

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain relationships with Customers across Primary Care, to include: Receptionists, Practice Managers, GP's, and Nurses
- Achieve and exceed set call targets to ensure that the service level of the company is at the highest standard for all Customers
- Maintain and update accurate Customer details
- Gain an insight into Customer feedback through the distribution and collation of questionnaires
- Utilise feedback gained to bring improvements and allow sales to be tailored to Customer specific needs
- Provide up to date literature on product information and assist with demonstrating devices
- Have the flexibility to work alongside Representatives on territory to resolve queries and support in any way required
- Book in appointments for further demonstration / educational meetings to be held by Representatives

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong Customer Service background
- Keen to exceed the expectations of Customers and go the extra mile to deliver the highest Customer Service
- A positive approach with the passion and drive to succeed
- Professional, highly motivated
- A strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own schedule and work independently
- Ability to problem solve, and support a wider team
- A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points

YOU ARE LIKELY TO HAVE:

- Sales experience in a target driven environment
- Understanding of the NHS structure
- Education to a minimum of 'A' level standard
- ABPI qualification (desirable)
