Temp-ongoing Accounts Assistant

We currently are recruiting for a candidate to come join one of our clients based in Portsmouth within the Accounts department on a temporary on-going basis.
Applicants are invited to apply through the Commercial Division of FPR Group and interviews will be carried out shortly.
- Reconciling the receipts associated to cars
- Entering sales invoices for individuals, auction houses and intercompany sales,
- Entering intercompany purchase invoices
- Reconciling back to our stock management system
- Confidently use Sage & excel (to include vlookups and pivot tables)
Experience & Skills Required:
- Organised & confident individual
- Experience using Sage Line 50
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in Finance
- Able to work under pressure and communicate well
- Be tactful and use your own initiative
Hours & Salary
This role is covering Monday - Friday 9-5 paying up to £10 per hour for the right candidate.
Please note this role is temp-ongoing covering for at least the next 3 months.
