Our client is a leading supplier of menswear who supply many of the UK’s leading fashion high street, multiple and online retailers.

They are now recruiting for an Administrator to join their fabric specialist team.

You will be responsible for assisting in the administration of fabric quality as new designs and orders are introduced from order placement to garment delivery.

You will advise the Hong Kong office of test requirements for allocated orders, send (FSC ) Fabric Shipment Certificate to mills, upload test reports and certification to customer test platforms in a timely manner. Additionally you will advise wash care symbols and additional wording for care labels as well as keep the fabric chart up to date with new orders and progress.

The ideal candidate will be a 1st /2nd jobber who wants to pursue their career and has a keen interest in the fashion industry. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and proficiency with email; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be well organised with a good attention to detail, flexible and able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload.
