Change Communications Manager (12 Month FTC)
£40,000 - £60,000

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Communications Manager to join a global organisation based in central Cambridge on a 12 month FTC.

My client are extremely well known within their industry, established over 50 years ago and operate out of 50 offices across 20 countries. They are going through a large transformation project and with this require a Change Communications Manager to assist with driving and delivering business strategy throughout the organisation. This is an important position within the transformation and will require somebody with knowledge of the IT Industry and the ability to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills / requirements:

• Change and Communication Management experience within a software environment
• Experience driving and communicating business strategy to key stakeholders
• Previous experience within a large transformation project
• Supporting leadership teams with to create strategic plans and deliver to internal teams including, IT, HR, Finance and Marketing
• Be responsible for creating new and exciting ways to increase engagement
• Experience working for global and complex organisation
• The ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships at all levels
• Using creativity to increase employee engagement
• Excellent ability to meet deadlines
