IRC – Marketing Assistant - job description

The role:

IRC is an established supplier of executive search solutions in the very sexy and exciting, fast-moving high technology sectors.

We place the highest paid sales people on earth in some of the biggest positions across the verticals of healthcare tech, Big data and analytics, and the software application sector.

As part of an ongoing expansion program following a 2017 restructure and re design of our business model that has proven more successful than we anticipated it would be we have an immediate requirement for a marketing executive within our business.

Responsibilities:

Supporting inside sales client appointment generation via a multi-faceted marketing mix comprising marketing automation, social media, video, PPC , webinars , meet ups , seminars , podcasting and rich content marketing. The business is particularly committed to very heavy use of video under the current marketing plan in order to support a position of opinion leadership within the market. The predominant focus of the role will be towards new client acquisition and the management of customer prospects through a “know, like and trust” funnel with a key focus leading to face to face customer appointments. There will be little focus on candidate generation so this is a true B2B marketing role.

Maintaining and updating brand and marketing materials as part of the recently designed new branding and liaising closely with suppliers and freelancers to ensure all is up to date

Skills required:

Strong proven social media skills and understanding particularly use of Linkedin as a B2B lead generation tool. Ideally but not necessarily you will have an understanding of linked in PPC

Understanding / experience of PPC and retargeting via systems such as ad roll

Strong social media experience and use of hootsuite across multiple user profiles and understanding of the necessary segmentation across those profiles .

Ideal Experience of content driven video marketing.

Experience of marketing automation / CRM and the building of unique customer journeys and profiles

Ideally experienced with podcasting

Ideally but not necessarily experienced with video and video recording (not essential)

Profile: Minimum 3 to 4 years post graduate experience in a marketing or highly related discipline

Package £25 to £30000 plus bonuses related to successful lead generation linkedin to campaigns

20 days annual leave.
