Trust IT Helpdesk Lead
The Ted Wragg Multi-Academy Trust is a values-driven Trust providing education across the Greater Exeter area. Our core mission is the transformation of lives through learning, ensuring that the Trust delivers outstanding outcomes for every pupil regardless of background. We are currently operating five schools: Cranbrook Education Campus, Isca Academy, St James, Exwick Heights and West Exe and provide a rich and diverse curriculum for 3,000 learners.
As well as supporting the needs of our growing Trust, our IT function offers a service to a growing number of supported schools in the Exeter Area. The helpdesk is in it’s infancy, presenting the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to help develop something that will grow and flourish.
We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager to lead on the development of our existing helpdesk system. The successful candidate will grow the service in line with the Trust IT strategy, provide high quality customer service, prioritise calls, and resolve and delegate technical issues.
