Job Description:

We now have a new opportunity, on a 12month contract basis, for a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to work within an ambitious team across the South Region. Based in the Bristol office and covering the Bristol and Cardiff areas, this role will report directly to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager for the South, and is part of continuing growth plans for the team.

The purpose of this role is for someone to work with partners and the marketing & business development team to manage a coordinated approach to local marketing activities, business development and pitch or proposals for the generation of new fees from both existing clients and new prospects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating/maintaining sales pipelines with a particular focus on targeting meetings with partners and teams
  • Ensuring priority prospects/targets have a regular contact programme in place
  • Delivering the firm-wide objectives and roll-out of national marketing and BD initiatives locally ensuring ROI
  • Supporting design and delivering local marketing plans focusing on campaigns/events that drive meeting origination
  • Overseeing office Brand/advertising/sponsorship/PR and social media opportunities and activity as deemed appropriate
  • Supporting the Partners and Senior BD Manager in the creation of local marketing plans and campaigns
  • Driving industry/sector/market segment go to market approach with respective lead Partner and teams
  • Overseeing conversion of pitches and tenders
