Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor

Alecto Recruitment are actively looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor for a leading prestige Commercial Vehicle dealership.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, your main duties will include the administration of all agreed warranty, R&M claims, advising customers, writing orders for repair work, monitoring the repair process, handing them over to customers as well as actively selling aftersales services to customers and ensuring the workshop is working to full capacity by scheduling customer orders.

What we're looking for:

  • Must have previous experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous mechanical experience would be an advantage.
  • Must respond well to challenging situations.
  • Previous experience of Manufacturer's warranty systems desirable

Our client ensure that the right candidate receives the main dealer training and support they need to grow with the company.

Package:

  • £27,000 OTE - £28,000 OTE
  • Excellent rates of pay - achievable bonus
  • Pension
  • Overtime
  • 09:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday
  • No Saturdays
