Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer/ Lean Facilitator

Based: Bristol area.
Hours: 37.5 per week

A global leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of pneumatic and fluid controls systems has an opening within its Bristol facility.

A experienced Lean Facilitator is required to join the team in Bristol. Working within a fast paced, friendly environment. The business is a global leader. one that offers plenty of over time, training, further professional development and realistic career progression prospects.

The Role:
- Facilitation and implementation of Lean and Kaizen activities.
- Training and Development of employees in Lean Tools and Techniques
- Focusing on operations and Business Processes (Removal of Waste)
- Health, Safety and Environmental duties.
- Work with Lean Champion generating Lean Projects.
- Helping to create and further develop a lean environment

Essential minimum requirement:
- Engineering qualification or Engineering/ Lean background
- Previous working knowledge of Lean Tools, including 5S, 7 wastes, kaizen, etc.
-Practical experience of implementing lean techniques & associated results
-Good communication skills with experience working in teams
-Ambition for progression
