An exciting job opportunity has become available at one of our popular primary schools in the Crawley area starting after February half term. They are looking for a dedicated general cover teacher who can work across all years groups and cover class teacher absence.

This is required until the end of July 2018, with the strong possibility of continuing from September 2018 for the right candidate.

This is a great role for anyone who loves teaching but wants to take a step back from all the commitments and responsibilities of a full time class teacher, while still being able to contribute to children's learning and school experience.

Lesson planning will be completed for you.
Working with a mix of age groups and classes.
Extended or permanent positions may be offered.
Great facilities and resources within schools.
TA support in classes.

Providing engaging and interactive lessons.
You will be expected to mark children's work at the end of the day.
Be extremely organised and dedicated to making the most of each day.
Managing behaviour in the classroom and around school.

Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), be a NQT or Overseas Qualified Teacher.
Must have a PGCE or Degree in Education.
Up- to-date knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
Relevant and recent teaching experience.
Own transport could be an advantage but not essential.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
