A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst based in Northampton to help work on an innovative and pioneering management system. You will be in charge of providing second line support to any incidents/problems that arise and the person coming on board will be a lateral thinker.

Our client are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable support-oriented candidate to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting organisation who value their employees and offer a great path for you to grow your career. After an initial 1-month period, you will be allowed to work remotely and will only be required in the office once a week.

Key skills required:

  • Experience with SQL (writing scripts and querying)
  • Ideally, you will have touched on programming/debugging in .Net
  • Experience in support
  • Need a GREAT attitude and a desire to deliver an outstanding level of service.

They are offering a salary of between £25,000 and £32,000 and you will be based in their offices based in Northampton initially, before being allowed to work remotely 4 days a week.
